We had a fantastic stay at this B&B. The best aspects were the cleanliness, hotel facilities, location very close to the beach, and friendly staff. The room was spotless and had nice decor. The B&B had everything we needed, including parking at the rear which was very convenient. We loved how close it was to both the town center and the beach. The staff were always friendly and helpful.
All was good.

staff friendliness, full range of facilities, decent price for a superb location
two single beds pushed together, ok for a night or two but not ideal for any longer

The location of this B&B is ideal for young people as it is very close to the town centre, allowing easy access to shops and restaurants. it is situated just a few minutes' walk away from the beach, making it convenient for those wanting to have a relaxing day by the sea. the rooms are comfortable and provide all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay.
There were occasional noise disturbances from neighbouring guests, which affected the quality of sleep.

loved the host, he was so friendly and made us feel very welcome
Parking was a little bit tricky, don't even bother trying to park if your female!! I am a lady, and would rate myself 8 out of 10 for parking, but I would not of even attempted to try and get my car between the gap of the two houses!! very tricky, my boyfriend even got me to take a picture of him driving out!!

We recently stayed at a 4-star hotel and had a fantastic experience. The location was perfect for us, as it was close to both the town centre and the beach. We were able to enjoy the nightlife without being disturbed by noise, and our sleep was peaceful thanks to the comfortable beds. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and we were impressed by the attention to detail. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with directions to local restaurants and attractions. we had a relaxed and comfortable stay and would definitely recommend this place to others.

Friendly staff , although decor lets the rooms down they were clean and breakfast was ok.
We stayed in room 2 and although served a purpose it has to be said the pictures on the site made it look a lot better than in real life. The decor and electrics left alot to be desired especially the plastic trunking up the walls and across the ceiling. The wall sockets near the bed were nearly being pulled off the wall when you removed a plug. The en-suite could do with a serious dose of lime scale remover and the silicone around the shower area needs removing and applying properly. Very poor standard of finish.

The location was great, close to both the town centre and the beach. , the room was clean and tidy. The breakfast was delicious.
My Christmas break was not enjoyable due to the staff. The staff were very rude and inconsiderate, which really put a damper on the trip.

The location was very convenient for our visit.
The room smelt damp because of a leak from the shower.

Great price for a cozy room, very close to the beach and walking distance to the main attractions. the shower had excellent water pressure and the bed was comfortable.
The walls were thin and the noise from other guests could be heard easily. the breakfast service was a bit confusing, as we had to let them know beforehand if we wanted to eat, and there was no guarantee that there would be enough food left for us even if we had already paid for it.

The hotel is well-located, only a few minutes walk from the pier and town centre. There is free parking (albeit via a very tight passageway) and is cheap (we paid £50 for a double). Breakfast was reasonably nice (despite some issues with service), and a nice wall mounted flat screen TV had lots of channels to choose from.
The hotel - despite what the pictures on the website suggest - is quite tired looking and in definite need of a bit of updating. We could manage in the miniscule en suite, but the lumpy mattress was a bit of a challenge. The owner Jorge was friendly enough, but not very attentive at breakfast - gave us both coffee when we asked for one tea and one coffee, and a huge gap between bringing out my partner's breakfast and mine (my partner had almost finished his when mine was brought out, without an apology). Also, we had to ask for toast for two, whereas all other guests were automatically brought theirs, etc. This sounds a bit petty I know but all these little things added together made our breakfast experience not the pleasant one it should have been. Overall we would rate the experience as 'okay'. We probably wouldn't stay there again, as despite being cheap, a comfy bed is a pretty important must in any hotel stay. Also, as described above, we felt the customer service to be slightly below par.

We arrived after the scheduled check in time but were still made welcome by the owners. Nothing was much trouble for them. Jorge was very welcoming and friendly at breakfast. Very close to the seafront and plenty of choice in eaterys within walking distance.
The room we stayed in had without a doubt the smallest bathroom we had experienced but this was expected from reading previous reviews. Parking would be a problem if you could not find a spot in the hotel car park. We didn't have any trouble though.
